Kenneth W. Massey's Obituary
Ken Massey, 67, of Cordova, Tennessee, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021. He was preceded in death by father, Joe Massey. Mr. Massey is survived by his wife, Nancy Whiteley Massey, two children, Justin Hodges and Courtney Whiteley, a special granddaughter, Penelope Rose Marquez, his mother, Agnes Massey Adams, a sister, Carol Stiers and her husband Rick, a niece Laura and a nephew Alex, and a host of extended relatives.
Ken was a loyal, trusting, salt of the earth person who loved UT football, scuba diving, Jack Daniels, fishing, his dogs Hank and Jerry and was a true friend to all animals. He was valued by many for his wisdom and advice but his most important and proudest role was being the best "T" Paw in the world to Penelope Rose.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Saturday, September 4 from 1:30 pm until the time of the Celebration of Life service at 2:30 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis.
Memorial contributions can be made in Ken's honor to the Street Dog Foundation of Memphis or the Church Health Center.
