Kelly Nicole Peacher's Obituary
“Though you have made me see troubles, many and bitter, you will restore my life again; from the depths of the earth you will again bring me up. You will increase my honor and comfort me once again”. Psalms 71:20-21. Kelly Nicole Peacher of Memphis Tennessee left this world to join our Heavenly Father on Monday April 24th 2023. Kelly was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas on November 14th 1979 to Dean Curtis Peacher and Gayla Largent Younger. She was the oldest of 2 children, with younger brother Eric always following in her footsteps. She thrived as an honor roll student, but was particularly proud of her state ranking in tennis and gymnastics. Perhaps the greatest accomplishment of her young adult life so far was becoming a published poet at 20 years of age. Kelly would go on to earn academic scholarships to multiple universities, and attended universities in Texas, Arkansas and Memphis. During her time in Memphis, Kelly pledged to Delta Zeta and loved helping the community with her sorority sisters. After her college years, Kelly made a move to Memphis and became a loving mother to 2 boys, Dallas and Maddox, who she loved more than life itself. Kelly lived in Memphis for her remaining years, making countless friends and lifelong bonds. Her final act of kindness was saving 4 lives as an organ donor. Kelly leaves behind her 2 precious children Dallas Patrick, 15 and Maddox Peacher, 7. She is survived by father Dean Peacher, mother Gayla Younger, step father Mark Younger, brother Eric Peacher, sister in law Christina Peacher, nephew Braxton Peacher, niece Marley Peacher, Aunt Lisa Egelston, Uncle Clem Egelston, cousin Ryan Egelston and cousin Sarah Alexander. Services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery at 5668 Poplar Ave Memphis TN 38119 on Wednesday May 3rd at 4 pm, with a visitation starting at 3:00.
