Keith Charles Cooper's Obituary
Keith Charles Cooper, a retired Gunnery Sergeant in the US Marine Corps, passed away on Friday, May 10th, at the age of 81, in Memphis, TN. His service to our country, a testament to his dedication and sacrifice, will forever be remembered.
Gunnery Sergeant Keith Cooper served 30 years in the United States Marine Corps. During his service, he proudly served in the Vietnam War. He was an avionics instructor for ten years at NATTC Millington while on active duty and later as a civilian.
Keith was preceded in death and will be reunited in heaven with his loving wife, Patricia; his father, Douglass; mother, Betty-Jean; brother, Sam; and sister, Sally.
Keith Cooper's visitation and funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 14th, at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Poplar Ave, Memphis, TN. Visitation begins at 1:00 p.m., and the funeral service will start at 2:00 p.m., with Reverend Dr. Andy McClung officiating. To conclude the service, full military honors will be presented to commemorate and honor our Uncle Keith, a dedicated protector of our freedoms and our hearts.
