Keith Christopher's Obituary
Keith Christopher, 84, passed away on August 6, 2015. He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Alice, children, Lynn Reasons (Randy), Cary Christopher (Jimmy Goode), John Christopher (Susan) and David Christopher (Emily), 8 grandchildren, Keith Reasons (Courtney), Lauren Reeves (Seth), Rebecca Reasons, Charlie Galtelli-Meek (Blake), Aubin Christopher, Lydia Christopher, Jackson Christopher, and Cooper Christopher, and 3 great grandchildren, Seth Clement, Maggie Lynn Reasons, and Brantley Reasons. He was preceded by his parents Eber and Cora Christopher and 6 siblings, Glen Christopher, Ava Pyron, Alva Christopher, Wilma Ruth Taylor, Warren Christopher, and Christine Fitzhugh.He leaves a legacy of love, music, being outdoors, bird watching, and traveling. He had a strong work ethic, was fair and honest, kind and gentle. Babies loved to sit in his lap because it was a safe, peaceful, gentle and quiet place.The family will receive friends Monday, August 10 from 5:00-6:00 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The graveside service will be held at West TN Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, August 11 at 11:30AM. We want to express our appreciation to the staff at Apple Grove Assisted Living for their compassionate care, kind words and deeds.In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children’s Hospital or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
