I have so many wonderful memories of us at Messick High School. I can’t remember a time when he wasn’t smiling or laughing. A class act who will be missed by all.

I have so many wonderful memories of us at Messick High School. I can’t remember a time when he wasn’t smiling or laughing. A class act who will be missed by all.
There is now forever a hole in our heart and lives that can’t be filled. Keenan filled our days with laughter, smiles and memories all of which we treasure. Wayne and Donna Andrews mentioned the annual New Year’s Eve Bunko Night with Mr. K’s drill sergeant-like bellowing command to “roll em out” marking each round. Those are etched in our minds as well. There were also trips, like one to the beach where we took an unexpected detour through a small Alabama town and stopped for a moment at park to check our directions. There Keenan spied a man selling goat-milk ice cream with said goat delivering the milk on the spot to fill the ice cream churn. Keenan grinned that bemused crocodile smile and slowly chuckled a comment that ultimately carried us to gut wrenching laughter. Keenan’s laughter was so infectious. We will miss that laugh and his sense of humor most of all. We took you for granted Keenan, as we thought you would always be with us and there would always be another laugh to share. Our hearts ache for Mona, Kelly, Will and your extended family, but also for ourselves as we are less without you.
My deepest, heartfelt sympathies to Keenan’s family and friends. I went to school with him and his brothers at Messick and then had a couple of classes at Messick. until I moved to Denver I would runi nto Keenan in town ever so often, he was always friendly and pleasant. One of the “few good men” around. My thoughts and prayers are with his family during this time.
I am so sad to hear the news . Keenan was a sweet man and Mona loved him dearly .
So sorry for your loss, Keenan was a wonderful person to work for. We will miss him and his life stories. Praying for you and your family.

Sorry to hear about Keenan. I have known him through Metro Foods and Mattfield Farms ever since he started working for them. He was friendly and a good person to be around. I will miss seeing him when I am there.
We are so very sorry for your loss. Johnny worked with Kenan for 9 years when at the time was Metro Foods. Our Prayers and Thoughts go out to his family, With Deepest Sympathy from Johnny and Sharon Bateman.
We are so sorry to hear of your loss. My dad, Bob Lawson, and our family at Pine Bluff Foods always enjoyed working with Keenan and Metro Foods. My dad considered him a friend and will miss talking to him about the food industry , golf and his family. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this time.
We pray your precious memories will sustain you until you are reunited for all eternity. Nothing can separate us from the love Jesus Christ has for all who believe in Him.
