Kay E. McCloud, 69, passed away peacefully in Memphis, TN. Kay is survived by Sherry McCloud, Janet Luik, Nathaniel Laywine, Stephanie Mather, as well as her son Benjamin who lives outside the country. She is also survived by her Read Obituary
