Katherine Holt's Obituary
Katherine M. Holt, 91 of Bartlett, passed away Friday October 31 after a brief illness. She was born July 18, 1923 in Duck Hill, MS to L. R. McCalla and Tessie Ashmore McCalla. They moved to Memphis in 1925 and she graduated from Humes High School. She was the widow of Col. Paul E. Holt. They were married for 57 years, until his death in 1998. She was a member of several clubs for the wives of retired military officers and an avid bridge player. She was a member of Decatur Trinity Christian Church. Katherine is survived by Paul and Ginger Holt of Bartlett, and Randy and Kathy Holt of Ft. Walton Beach, Fl. as well as many other nephews and nieces. Memorial Park Funeral Home is in charge. Visitation will be Monday November 3 at 1:30pm with the service beginning at 2:30 . All services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The family request any memorials be sent to Decatur Trinity Christian Church.
