Karen Elizabeth Painter's Obituary
Karen Elizabeth Painter, 68, of Orlando, FL, passed away on November 10, 2018. Karen was born in Memphis, TN, on September 7, 1950 to Dr. L.B. Painter and Margaret Jack Painter. A longtime resident of Portageville, MO, Karen graduated from high school in 1968 and was a member of First Baptist Church of Portageville. She moved to Orlando in 2006.Karen is survived by her two brothers John Painter (Rich Scruggs) of Germantown, TN, and Jim Painter of Overland Park, KS; her sister Nancy (Brad) Richmond of Orlando, FL; and her loving nieces and nephews: Angela Richmond Rodda (Hannah and Benjamin Rodda), Sarah Richmond, Lisa Richmond Roberts (Michael and Noah Roberts), and Mark Painter. Karen was preceded in death by her parents.Services have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery at 5668 Poplar Ave., Memphis, TN., 38119. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 17 from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home.
