Julien holds a special place in the hearts of the Bill Dugan family. Julien was a loving, generous man. Dad took many work related late night calls from a "wound up JJ". Julien loved our Mom, Liz, and had so many sweets talks with her when Dad died. Thank you Julien and rest in peace.
