Joyce S. Vick's Obituary
Joyce Skelton (Charlene) Vick,93, passed away at Methodist Le Bonheur Germantown Hospital on November 4, 2019. Charlene graduated from Reform High School in Reform, MS. Charlene worked for the Air Force at the Defense Depot during WWII. She also worked with handicapped children as a teacher’s aide at Lennox school for 13 years. She loved talking to people at church and in her neighborhood. She enjoyed square dancing and attending Army reunions with her husband. Charlene is survived by her son Jimmy(Beth); grandchildren, Keith(Melissa) and Chris(Missy); step-grandchildren Allison(Troy) and Jonathan(Sarah), great-grandchildren, Kennedy and Connor, step-great- grandchildren Cole, Carver, Jane, Ellen. Charlene is predeceased by her husband Al and son Tommy. Charlene was a member of Maples Methodist Church in Olive Branch. The visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m on Tuesday November 12th at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The service will be at 11:00 a.m. following the visitation. Memorial donations are requested to be made to Maples Methodist Church or a charity of your choice.
