Joyce Sands' Obituary
Joyce Sand, 69, long time resident of Memphis, TN. departed to be with the Lord on Sunday, May 27th in Dayton Ohio.Joyce retired from First Tennessee National Bank after 20+ faithful years. In October 2016, she moved to Dayton, Ohio to be close to her only surviving son, Shane and daughter-in-law, Holly. She was a dedicated a loving mother to her two sons, Ralph (deceased) and Shane. Joyce was involved in many people’s lives in a positive way; with a kind and tender heart – always giving and forgiving.Joyce is also survived by her sister, Deborah Nix of Shreveport, LA and her two nieces, Katie and Emily.A small service to scatter Joyce’s ashes will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery Friday, July 20th. All friends and family are invited to attend and celebrate the life of our beloved mom, sister, and friend. Please meet at the main building at 10:00 a.m.
