Joy Wilson's Obituary
Joy Rice Wilson, 90, passed away December 27, 2013. She was born April 9, 1923 in Memphis, TN to Josephine Kadow and Thomas Edward Rice. She was a member of Sigma Kappa Sorority and Second Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henley E. Wilson. She is survived by her children, Cathy Hooker (Alex) and Henley Scott Wilson; five grandchildren, Pamela Matochik (Brian), Sara Podgorski, Suzanne Doyle (Neal), Bryan Hooker, and Elizabeth Harville (Travis); and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin at 10:30 a.m. followed by funeral services at 11:30 a.m., Monday, December 30 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. Burial will follow in Southwoods Memorial Park Cemetery.
