Josh Grinder, 36 of Memphis passed away December 23, 2014. He is survived by his Loving family; Father, Dan Grinder(Susan) and his mother Linda Prather Grinder; Soul mate, Melissa Griffin; Brothers, Danny (Renee’), David (Valerie); Nephew, Keb; Two nieces, Madison and Elizabeth; Grandparents, Ed and Tena Grinder and many friends “Brothers”. He will be forever remembered by anyone that ever had the privilege to have him as a friend. A Celebration of his life will be held at Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers family ask that donations be made to charity of choice in Josh’s name.
