Joseph W. Wright of Germantown, TN passed away September 4, 2009.He is survived by his loving wife Caroline and daughters; Nikki and Diana.He retired from the M.P.D. after 32 years of service. He was a Chief Petty Officer with the U.S. Coast Guard. He served 22 years and was stationed at the LMS. He has a college degree from the University of Mississippi. Joe was a member of the Adventure Riders family. This is an internet group of motorcycle riders from around the world that has shown our family much love and support in our time of need. He was known and loved as Komet, The Voice of Reason.Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 8 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9 at Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in West Tennessee Veterans Cemetery on Forest Hill Irene Rd.In lieu of flowers please make donations to the West Clinic on Humphreys Blvd. in honor of Joseph W. Wright.
