My condolences to the family.
Joe Hardest was my boss for 9 years at First Tennessee Bank. But more than that he was a true friend. He taught me a lot about banking but also taught me many life lessons as a friend. He was an honest and trustworthy man whos word was his bond. We shared many fishing and hunting trips out West together. These were truly life experiences for the both of us. He also gave me the opportunity to buy 75 acres of land next to his hunting property and I was able to build the cabin of my dream to get away to hunt and enjoy the great outdoors God has given us. He also introduce me to one of his friends named Joe Gregory who lived near our land in Decatur County. Both of these Joes were great friends that are hard to find and we enjoyed many great times together. They are now both gone to be with God in his Kingdom and I look forward to seeing both of them again someday..
