Joseph Malcolm Donley's Obituary
Joseph Malcolm Donley, 86, formerly of Long Beach, MS and Columbia, SC, passed away June 26, 2014. He was born on October 14, 1927 in Morgantown, WV to Stella Mae and David Flucker Donley. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He graduated from the University of South Carolina. He was a devout Christian and a former Presbyterian deacon. He was a registered electrical engineer with the State of South Carolina and retired from DuPont. He is survived by his wife of 63 years, Martha B. Donley; daughters, Mary Beth Donley (Bob), Patricia Jane Donley (Jim), Martha Lynne Garner (Steve), and Barbara Joanne Sullivan (Mark); and grandchildren, Michael Joseph Sullivan, Melissa Anne Keliikoa (Chris), Stephanie Lynne Garner, Ryan Bailey Garner, and Jessica Grace Sullivan. He was a devoted husband and father. The family will receive friends beginning at 10 a.m. and a memorial service will follow at 11 a.m., Monday, June 30 at Trinity Baptist Church, Cordova, TN.
