Joseph E. Bailey, 88, of Germantown, TN, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2017. He started working for Illinois Central Gulf Railroad when he was 14 years old. Mr. Bailey retired as a conductor after 45 years of dedicated service. Read Obituary

My Uncle Joe was such a kind, loving and wise man! Actually, that’s an understatement! He was great! He always had a smile and a big ol hug and love shown in his eyes as well as his sense of humour! He made a loving difference in my life! Even tho I haven’t seen him in many years he was frequently in my thoughts and prayers! Go with God Uncle Joe and thank you!?
