A most wonderful man.
My Brother in Christ.
My military brother.
My neighbor.
My Friend.
He was love dearly. He was as a dad to me in his loving kindness.
He was my Papa, not by blood but by heart. His house felt like home. Papa made me feel loved like a granddaughter, always giving me things, telling me about his life. I could sit and listen to his stories for hours. Me and my sister would take walks around the block, then stop to talk to him, updating him on our lives and before we left every time he’d tell us to be safe and that he loves us. From the end of last year to this year we’d been cleaning his house and doing some chores for him, my only regret is not doing it more often. We never wanted payment, we did it because he was our Papa and we loved him. I’m gonna miss him tremendously, but I’m thankful to know he’s in heaven and will never get sick again. I love you Papa thank you for loving me! Xoxo
