John W. Poague's Obituary
John W. Poague of Memphis, TN went to be with the Lord on September 2, 2022, at the age of 94. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Inez Poague; daughters, Janet Wood, Cindy Griffin, Jill Kitchens (Ron); sons, Mike Heavener (Rochelle), David Heavener; 6 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren. He served his country in the Army. He was greatly loved by many wonderful friends and his Kirby Woods Baptist Church family.
He was predeceased by his father, Frank C. Poague and his mother, Thelma Young Poague, one sister and three brothers.
A private family service will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
