“Gedo” (John Sentovich, my father-in-law) and “Nano” (Frank Manarchy, my biological father) sang the prelude at our wedding Mass in 1991. There they were, two proud papas singing their hearts out. They took turn singing verses and then actually sang a duet in the chorus. They were outstanding! I was in the back of the church trying to hold in the tears before walking down the aisle. A little known fact was that the two of them were holding a secret competition as to who had the better voice. Well, let’s leave that judgment up to the “Heavenly Angel Choir” which Gedo and Nano have most certainly joined. I am so grateful that you and Nano became such great friends. I thank you as well for bringing John Patrick Sentovich into the world and for welcoming me with open arms as your daughter. The only son you gave to the world turned out to be an “all-star” human being, husband and father of whom you can be proud. Thank you for all the ways your love and life enriched ours (mine, JP’s and our children). I love you Dad, count ’em all! Paula Sentovich
