John Griffin
Having dinner at Johnny and Jean's and their family along with my brother Devin aka Fr Devin Griffin O'Carm was a memorable event for me. The year was 1974 and I was beginning my undergraduate studies at MSU and (Junie) then a Navy Chaplain stationed in Millington NAS was waiting for orders to report to 3rd Marine Div Republic of Vietnam. The Johnny Griffin family were most gracious hosts to me and my brother. Johnny and Junie were cousins and the same age both had memoriable stories I had not heard until that day in Memphis.
