I really miss working with John. I enjoyed his company, phone calls, and funny stories and e mails. His work ethic, customer focus, and personality blended together to create a great salesman that resulted in a career of which he should have been immensely proud. He was a real Pro and an asset to the Schaeffler Group, and had the respect of everyone in our company.He was a great father and husband and Kay and the boys were lucky to have had him in their lives, and he was blessed to have them.He was such a good and decent person, and you all will continue to be in our thoughts and Prayers.Respectfully, Dan Monogue

“Hello, my name is John Findley” is how I met John maybe 15 years ago at an INA National Sales Meeting. Every time I saw him at the meeting, if near enough, John would stop, shake hands and again say “Hello, my name is John Findley” with his disabling smile. He did the same for most INA persons unknown to him. Over the next years I got to know John for his remarkable personality, humor and knowledge which I know many will sorely miss. I am a neighborhood friend from Prescott Cir. I send the family my condolences and well wishes. I would like to share my memories of Johnny…he was a wonderful childhood friend and always a kind and sweet person. We use to go over to Davis Park and if I ever got into trouble or had any neighborhood bullies bothering me he was always there to defend me. I know he was cherished by all who met him.
