I just now heard about Clay. I haven’t seen him since high school but I remember he was so sweet and so funny. I am truly sorry. I found my old Germantown year book because I remembered he had signed it for me. I will treasure it. Once again, I am so sorry. Kerry Corley formerly Kerry Schutt
You were such a sweet hearted man and a loving person to all. Dad, Susan and I will miss your visits in the stands at all the games. I’d always say, here comes my favorite boyfriend up the stairs and dad would say- you mean all of our favorite. We love you Clay and know that your mom and dad have their loving arms wrapped around you. Much ??
This week I have received so many emails and calls and texts literally from around the world – from China to Hong Kong to Canada to Sri Lanka to Pakistan – and so many from Mexico. All of them asked me to give a message to the family, send thoughts and prayers. Clay had so many friends in the US – everyone knows that. But, thru his many years at MCR Safety, there were also very long and very strong relationships with so many people from around the globe, but most notably in Mexico. Our MCR team in Mexico loved Clay – and they are all very saddened by this news. They view Clay not only as a long time work colleague, but their amigo. He was one of a kind, and will be sorely missed by all. May peace be with all.

Clay I will miss you so much! You were such a good man who loved everyone! There was never a time that I saw you that you that you didn’t say I love you and good to see you always with that wonderful smile of yours. It didn’t matter how long it had been.
