Joe B. Smith's Obituary
Joe B. Smith, 90, of Memphis, TN, passed away on March 24, 2013. He was an Army Veteran who served during World War II in the European Theater. Mr. Smith was a former secretary and treasurer for Sid Carroll Pontiac, Pryor Oldsmobile, and Pat Carter Pontiac. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Johnnie; two sons, Joe Smith (Debbie), Greg Smith-Landwehr (Ryan), and a daughter, Jennifer Smith Avery (Kenny), and five grandchildren, Natalie, Madison, and Somer Smith, Rachel and Taylor Avery. The funeral service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Monday, March 25, 2013 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The visitation will be held one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
