Joe Wayne Parker, 87, of Memphis, TN, passed away on November 10, 2023.
Joe was born on October 12, 1936, in Tomato, Arkansas.
He is survived by his son, Terry (Shirly) Parker, daughter, Teresa (Michael) Coats, grandchildren, Heather (Wesley) Wynne, Logan (Sarah) Parker, Ethan (Kayla) Parker, Braden Coats, Charlie Coats, Lily Coats, Lauren Coats, great-grandchildren, Addison, Tyler, Waylon, Sybil and Kenlee, sister, Pauline Tranum, and his former wife, Bobbie Ann Vales Parker.
The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, November 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home with a graveside to follow at 2:00 p.m. at Memorial Park Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital
