Joann Magurn's Obituary
Joann Magurn, 84, of Lakeland, TN passed away on August 27, 2024.
Joann had a deep love for the outdoors, spending countless hours gardening and enjoying the beauty of nature. She was an avid traveler and found joy in outdoor camping adventures. In her later years, Joann dedicated much of her time to reading and researching the family’s ancestry, uncovering the rich history of her family.
Above all, she cherished the moments spent with her grandchildren, especially attending their ballgames and cheering them on with pride.
She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Magurn, two brothers, Bond Bailey, and Rick Bailey.
She is survived by three sons, Richard Tucker, Robert Tucker (Bobbie Kay), Randall Tucker (Melissa), one brother, Bill Bailey (Ann), nine grandchildren, nine great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
The visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the service time at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, September 1, 2024 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Interment will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
