Jewell Bradshaw's Obituary
Florence Jewell Walden Bradshaw Born November 21,1929 in Huntsville, Ala., to Eugene & Elizabeth Walden. She passed from this Life into the arms of her Savior Jesus Christ, on Saturday, October 18, 2014. She graduated from Tech High in Memphis in 1947 and married the boy next door, Wm. E. “Bill” Bradshaw on September 2, 1949. Together the raised 5 children, Sheila O’Connell (John), Wm. E. “Brad” Bradshaw, Jr. (Joyce), Annette Cox (Michael), Paula Dill (Gary) & Steve Bradshaw (Cheryl). They celebrated 53 years of marriage before his death in 2002. Jewell’s entire Life was devoted to her family which grew to include 16 grandchildren; Chad, Ashley, Kristina, Christopher, Erica, Nicholas, Tracy, Justin, Shelly, Patrick, Courtney, Allayna, Jordan, Conner, Colby and Hallie as well as 17 great-grandchildren. Numerous nieces and nephews will also be remembering her. Throughout her life, she shared laughter, troubles and food, which was her elixir for any occasion and which allowed her brood to stay close. Athletic, Academic and the Arts achievements were always times for her to show her support for her family by attending each event that she could. Her family is left to celebrate her life through love of family, love of her Savior and love of food. Visitation at Memorial Park Funeral Home on Thursday, October 23, 2014 from 1:30 PM with service following at 2:30 PM In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Brad Bradshaw Heart Fund, 8289 Grove Creek Cove, Cordova, TN 38018.
