Jerry Lynn Wilson Jr's Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Jerry Lynn Wilson Jr, who left this world on May 9, 2026 at the age of 49.
He was deeply loved by his family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to know him. He will be remembered for his kind heart, loyalty to the ones he loved, and helping anyone in need. He had this way of making you smile, and a great sense of humor. He had a generous spirit. To know him was to love him. Though his passing leaves an emptiness that words cannot explain, the cherished memories we carry will always remain.
He is survived by: His stepfather Richard Smart, two children; his sister and brothers, Carolle Reeves, Joshua Wilson, Tyler Wilson; his aunts: Angie Tarrants, (Ronnie Lee), Cathy, Sharon K, Lisa Cortney (Russell Cortney); His nieces and nephew Smyles, Jessica, Jalyn, Lyric, Jhase, Tylee, extended family and his lifelong friends.
He is preceded in death by mother, Nita, Cleverley-Smart and dad Jerry Lynn Wilson Sr.
To honor his life, family and friends will gather for “ A Day He Would’ve Loved” on May 30th at 1:00 PM at 8861 Cypress Cove, Southaven, MS 38671. A time to be together, share stories, fish, swim and remember him the way he would’ve wanted.
