Jerry Ost's Obituary

He was born on January 3, 1930 in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Louis George Ost, Sr. and Myrtle Stewart Ost.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Billie Jean Spence Ost.
Jerry was a passionate car, motorcycle, and boat enthusiast who found great joy in working with his hands. He had a true talent for building and creating—whether it was a project for his home, improving a vehicle, or taking on something as ambitious as constructing boats, houses, and the cherished family cabin at Pickwick Lake.
He especially loved traveling, with a deep appreciation for time spent in the mountains, where he found both peace and adventure.
Above all, Jerry was devoted to his family, taking great pride in the life he built with them and the memories they shared.
