Jean Lineberry's Obituary
Jean Lineberry, 88, died August 12, 2010 at her home. She considered herself a “Domestic Engineer” and played an active role in her children’s lives. She was a Den Mother and Chaperone for the Messick High School Band. Volunteering was a huge part of her life. She was a member of Horn Lake Baptist Church and her love for the Lord as well as her church family was immense. Jean was preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Lineberry; her son, Carl Lineberry; her granddaughter, Carla; and her grandson, Nick. She is survived by her children Linda Feathers (Bubba), and Bill Lineberry, both of Southaven, MS; her sister, Thelma Pace of Memphis; brother, Cloyce Maxwell of Bath, MI; sisters-in-law, Neysa McDowell of Memphis, and Helen Lineberry of Greensboro, NC; and brother-in-law, Fred Lineberry and his wife Shirley of Downers Grove, IL. She is also survived by her grandchildren, David and his wife Cathi, Jacob, Jennifer, and Dewayne; as well as her great-grandchildren, Jessica, Nikki, Christopher, and Lily. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 14, 2010, from 6-8,with the Funeral Service on Sunday at 2:30, both at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
