Janie Frances Hess, age 53, passed away February 2, 2019. She was born June 16, 1965 in Memphis, TN to Betty Jean Jackson Harrington and Wallace Deberry Harrington, Sr.She graduated from Olive Branch High School. She was a member of Love United Methodist Church.She is survived by her husband of 19 years, William J. “Hank” Hess; beloved son, Brandon J. Hess; daughter, Dallis Lax; two sisters, Sally Mayo and Wanda Williams; one brother, Tom Harrington; granddaughter, Kennedy Lax; numerous nieces and nephews; and a full community of close friends in the American Poolplayers Association family.The family will receive friends at 6 p.m., Wednesday, February 6 at Love United Methodist Church. 745 Love Road, Hernando, MS 38632. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. and a memorial service celebrating her life will follow at 2 p.m., Thursday, February 7 at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue, Memphis, TN 38119.
