Jane Laycook's Obituary
Slipping away from this earth and into our memory forever, Jane Hadaway Laycook joined her husband James and her Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, March 24, 2024, in her eternal and heavenly rest.

She left behind her son, Chris, niece, Sheila Laycook Carman, nephews Mike Laycook, Jimmy Laycook, Jeff Mote, Kenny Mote and many, many friends. She was pre-deceased by her sister Peggy Wiggs. Jane was the definition of homemaker maintaining a spotless home, active family, award winning gardens, paintings and supporting a family-owned business. Jane was active at First Baptist Church, Olive Branch.
Never to walk this earth again
Never to hold our hands
But forever to walk with her love before
And fulfilling the Master’s plan
For only our Father knows the time
That is in His will
Yet our mornings will come and nights will fall
And her memories will live in us still
Rest in peace mom and we will see you again.
