I met Miz Jane as a result of her daughter, Laurie, marrying my only brother, Keith, In 2009. It was like being adopted into a loving family even though I live far away in Georgia. Each time I visited them in Memphis we 'caught up' and on occasion got to actually visit in person. I will forever be grateful for giving my brother a taste of a loving family he so much needed. She welcomed him into the Hansard family with open arms and treated him as though he was one of her own children. We look forward to welcoming her back in the Resurrection.
