Jamie Rhea Perry's Obituary
Jamie Rhea Perry, 67, of Memphis, Tennessee went to be with her Lord and Savior on April 12, 2023. She was born January 27, 1956 to James and Dorothy Perry.
A graduate from Overton High School. She received her master’s in Counseling and Personnel Services from the University of Memphis.
She was preceded in death by her mother and father. She leaves behind her sister, Karen Pulley and brother-in-law, Lee Pulley as well as her niece and nephew who were her pride and joy, Kayla Parrish (David). And Spencer Pulley (Kate), and two great nephews, Jacob and Grant.
She had a great passion to help those with special needs, advocating them through her work with vocational rehab.
She was an avid sports fan whose love for the Memphis Tigers was known to all who knew her.
Family will receive friends and family from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Ave, Memphis, Tennessee 38119. Funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. followed by interment at Memorial Park Cemetery.
