James Joseph Williams' Obituary
In loving memory of James Joseph Williams, a remarkable man whose spirit touched the lives of everyone around him. James was not only known for his brilliance and vast knowledge, but also for his kind heart and gentle demeanor. He had a unique way of listening intently, responding thoughtfully, and always being there with the right answer when needed.
For 50 wonderful years, he shared his life with his beloved wife, Mary Williams. Together, they built a beautiful family, leaving behind their two daughters, Natalie N. Williams and Dr. Sharron J. Brown Myles, and two cherished grandsons, DeMarques Worsham and Mikaele Willis. James also leaves behind his brother, Dr. Walter W. Williams, his sister, Dorothy Williams, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and countless friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
A passionate reader and collector, James found joy in many things, from antique cars to treasures of value. His enthusiasm for life and the things he loved were infectious, and his legacy will continue to inspire those who knew him.
As we gather to celebrate his life, we will miss him dearly on every birthday and holiday. Yet, we take comfort in the knowledge that we will see him again. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers in the days and years to come.
In the words of II Timothy 4:7 (NKJV), “I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith.” James lived his life with unwavering faith and an unyielding spirit, and his memory will forever shine brightly in our hearts.
