James "Rick" Richard Thurston's Obituary
James Richard “Rick” Thurston, 66, passed peacefully on Sunday, July 24 after a long battle with illness.
He was preceded in death by his son John Elliott Thurston, father James Milas Thurston, and mother Myrtle Ruth Thurston.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Teena Elliott Thurston, daughter Ashley (Jay) Miskel, and grandchildren, Cole Elliott Miskel and Katelyn Jane Miskel. He is also survived by sister Janice (David) Eagan, and nephew David Eagan II of Nashville, TN.
The family will celebrate his life in a private service.
