James Noel Rice, III, 43, died Friday, February 5, 2010 in Osceola, AR. Mr. Rice was a Business Manager for Zachry. Mr. Rice is survived by his wife Kimberley Ann Rice, two daughters, Jessica Noel Rice and Adrianne Lee Rice both of Vidalia, LA; his parents, James Noel Rice, Jr. and Brenda Joyce Berch Rice of Russellville, AR; one sister Kathryn Kay Rice, and a nephew, Trevor Cason Rice both of Springdale, AR; his grandfather, Ralph Berch, of Crystal Springs, MS; his In-Laws, Melvin and Rose, Rohloff, and a brother-in-law, Michael Rohloff all of Walls, MS. A visitation will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home, Sunday, February, 7, 2010 from 5 – 7 p.m. Funeral Services will be at 3:30 Monday, February 8, 2010 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Entombment will be at Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family requests that memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
