As neighbors of Jim & Jeanne I remember when they brought Brad home from the hospital after he was born and the joy he brought to his family and friends. His passing was such a shock to us. Christine,I am your neighbor who lives in the carriage house behind your old apartment. Every time I ever saw Brad he was so happy and outgoing. I will always remember the many conversations we had when I was walking my dogs and he was walking with Violet around the neighborhood. He was always smiling from ear to ear and clearly overjoyed to be spending time with his beloved daughter. He was an incredibly friendly and genuine person. I am so sad to hear of his passing. I remember one time it was 3am all my kids and wife were sleeping, I kept hearing noises coming from my living room like laughing and alot of movement. I grabbed my bat and sneaked out of my bedroom to find Brad playing Wii sports. ” I said dude my kids are asleep”. He said “Oh My Bad” and just walked out.
