Jim was my boss back in the mid nineties. He was a wonderful person & great leader. Sending prayers to family.
The proper words won’t come.......my thoughts are scrambled......there’s so much sadness in my heart. We will all miss Jim. He was a strong, faithful “icon” in our Culpeper Class of ‘61. We always knew we could rely on him for anything needed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Mr. Mitchell taught the new members class at Christ Church and I was privileged to take that class. He never failed to speak to me and ask me how I was doing. He will truly be missed but, I know great is his reward now. I will always remember him as a very Godly and caring man. Meichelle Gregory
Jimmy invited me to his dad’s farm many times. We’d go out to the barn and play with the corn shelling machine. He was a wonderful friend and great leader for Culpeper High School. Condolences to the family. Dickie Jones
