James D. Mann's Obituary
James D. Mann, 61, passed away on August 27, 2012. Mr. Mann was a proud Vietnam Army Veteran, a member of Knights of Columbus and attended Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. He was employed with Baptist Memorial Hospital for the past 31 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 28 years, Myra Meek. He is also survived by two brothers, Tom Mann and Jerry Mann and his wife Edith, two nephews, Jamie and Steven Mann, a sister in law Micki Toepp and her husband Patrick. The family will receive friends at 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, August 29 at Memorial Park Funeral Home, with a rosary to be said at 7 p.m. The funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 30 at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 3700 Thomas St. Memphis. Interment will be in West TN Veterans Cemetery. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or Our Lady of Sorrow Catholic Church.
