James B. Joslin, 75, passed away on April 23, 2009.The youngest of three, born to Jim and Ava Joslin in Winona, Mississippi on October 3rd, 1933; lived in Knoxville, TN, Memphis, TN, and later Como, Mississippi.He attended Humes High School, was an Army Veteran ranked Corporal Veteran, and retired from Campbell 66 Transportation Company. He loved to fish, and he loved the University of Tennessee Football.He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Gene, and a sister Doris Reeves.He leaves his wife of 56 years, Mary Sue Joslin, his daughter Jamie & (David) Strong of Germantown, his son Darrell Joslin of Atlanta, GA, his daughter Karen & (John) Doherty of Cordova, TN. He leaves six grandchildren Joslin, Denney, Shelby, Jordan, Derrick, and Jessica. He leaves two great grandchildren, Grant and Noah. Pastor Sam Wiley will be presiding over the services at Memorial Park Funeral Home.Visitation will begin at 10:30am, Saturday, April 25, with services to follow at 11:30 am. with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery.In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be sent to Central Church Ministries phone #888-9673, or the Cancer Foundation for Renal Cell Cure, or Wings foundation C/O west Clinic 683-0055.
