James French's Obituary
JAMES E. FRENCH, 93, died October 6, 2010 at Kennington Assisted Living. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, October 10 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. French retired from International Harvester after 35 years, was a member and former elder at Lindenwood Christian Church, a 33rd Degree Mason in the Scottish Rite, and Knights Templar in the York Rite, and past Master of the Park Ave. Lodge. He was preceded in death by his wife of 71 years, May Ashley French. He leaves a daughter, Jean French Oury of Memphis; son, James Nelson French of Lexington, KY; two sisters, Mary Jane White and Sara Margaret Bullington; one brother, Robert French; grandchildren, Andrew French, Suzanne McClure, J.P. French, Greg Criswell, Cole Criswell and Ted Oury. Memorial contributions can be made to Lindenwood Christian Church or The Shriners Hospital.
