James W Drake, Jr., born May 17, 1941, passed away June 15, 2015. He married the love of his life, Judith K. Drake at St. Louis Catholic Church on September 24, 1963. She preceded him in death August 3, 2001. Mr. Drake is survived by 3 children, Shawn C. Drake, Andrew T. Drake (Karin), and Lisa Drake Griffin (Christopher) and his 7 precious grandchildren, Brianna L. Drake, Brendan J. Drake, Kathleen J. Drake, Andrew T. Drake, Drake Griffin, Connor Griffin and Alexis M. Griffin. The family will receive friends from 1:30-2:30 pm with funeral services immediately following on Monday, June 22 at Memorial Park Funeral Home. A Memorial Mass will be held, for those who wish to attend, at St. Louis Catholic Church at 10:00 am that morning, prior to the funeral service.Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Ave. Memphis, TN 38119, (901) 767-8930, “Behind the Stone Wall.”
