James Monroe “Chuck” Chambers, IV died Tuesday night. Chuck was the son of Jim and Ann Chambers of Memphis.  He is survived by his wife, Patti, daughter Lesli Bryan, sons Jay and Chris Chambers, grandsons Cole and Christian Bryan,
