Jacqueline Lee Hart's Obituary
Jacqueline Lee Hart, 71, of Memphis, passed away on Tuesday, January 23, 2018. She is survived by her children, Rebecca Chism, Jennifer Brandon (David), Greg Stephens (Tammy), Melinda Kail (Louis), Choo Choo, eight grandchildren, Chris Chism (Julie), Daniel Chism, Ivy Yarbrough, Olivia Yarbrough, David Brandon, Thomas Patillo, Shelby Patillo, and Addison Kail, seven and-a-half great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Chism, Mary Biffle, Sara Espanet, Abby Lawrence, C.J. Chism, Axel Thue, Leland Wilbanks, and Coraline Thue, and two siblings, Robert Bailey (Bonita) and Barbara Bailey. She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Baker and a granddaughter, Tiffany Lawrence (David). Ms. Hart was a licensed practical nurse for 27 years and retired from Saint Francis Hospital on Park Avenue. There will be a memorial service on Saturday, January 27th at 6 pm at Memorial Park Funeral Home, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis. At the request of the family, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in Ms. Hart’s name to a charity of the donor’s choice.
