J.C. Payne, IV, of Memphis, Tennessee, passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020. The family will receive relatives and friends on Friday, October 9 from five o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5668 Poplar Avenue in Memphis. The funeral will be on Saturday, October 10 at 10:00 am also at the funeral home.
