Ina Mae Miller's Obituary
Ina Mae Miller (Mrs. James Miller) passed away on Wednesday, April 1, 2009. She was 100 years old.She was honored as one of the “Thousand Points of Light” that President George H.W. Bush spoke about in 1989. Ina was a MIFA volunteer and she also helped her neighbors with daily household tasks such as trips to the grocery store and washing clothes. She was very active in her church in many ways including leading her Sunday school class and preparing food for church luncheons.She leaves three children, Earl W. Miller of Cordova, TN, Eugene Wayne Miller of Olive Branch, MS and Juanita Rucker (Roy) of Nesbit, MS. She also leaves six grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren and one sister, Lynnwood Mackey of Memphis, TN.Visitation will be held on Friday, April 3, 2009 from 5-7 p.m. with funeral service held on Saturday, April 4, 2009 at 11:30 a.m. at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery.
