Imogene Ray's Obituary
Pope – Imogene Ray, 66, passed away October 3, 2011. Visitation will be 5-8 p.m., Tuesday, October 4 and funeral services will be 11:30 a.m., Wednesday, October 5 followed by burial, all at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery. She is survived by her husband of 26 years, Ralph E. Ray; sons, Glenn Clifton Purdy, James Thurman Johnson, and Dennis Dale McQuay, Jr.; brother, James Madden; sister, Henrietta Owens, eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. She was a loving mother and devoted wife. She was a strong woman, who put everyone ahead of herself. She loved her flowers and her family. The family requests memorials be sent to the American Cancer Society.
