Glad to know he was a hood father ,hi I’m one of your aunt Gloria one of his long lost sisters from my family to yours sincere condolences. We re so sad we never could find them when his alive ,and we did not know the names of any of you ,I search Facebook everyday ,of course I had no idea how he looked like .our mom died too ,she always was so sad because we couldn’t find him for her till her last breath she asked not to stop ,Flora youngest sis has as well lung cancer ,were very sad ,I know your sadder may he rest in peace .

Is it to late yep ,after looking for Hugh forever ,since I got to the states in 1976 have been religiously looking for him ,I’m one of his sisters Gloria ,how sad is it ,I finally find him and he’s gone forever ,RIP Hugh we did not know each other. Hope Mommy was waiting for you ,she always cried always searching I was even going to call the guy on TV who find families .Broken hearted yes but I know you guys are more sad ,I looked on Facebook mostly everyday ,how funny that’s all I know about him is what the little you wrote on his memorial wall ,all my condolences to the whole family ,how sad I live in Georgia ,Vere in California Flora in North Carolina she has the same illness he died of plus RA.Hope you read this My daughter and I as does my husband family sends their deepest and sincere condolences. ??

Having to see this ,after years of searching ,its like a knife turning in an open wound sorry for your loss. I dont know if you can understand ours ,I’m one of his long lost sisters Gloria Stewart.Have hard time dealing with his loss even after searching for 36 years ,I guess fate did not want us to meet and all I know about him is what I read in his memorial wall.I’m on Facebook, I even looked there.Maybe just maybe,oh well such is life ,hope your pain ease with times .

Could not have asked for a better step dad than this man. He was always smiling and was loving to my mom. The only comfort I have is knowing that his suffering is over and he is in heaven watching over his family. What I have learned from from my mom these past few days is he taught her to forgive others and to let things go cause it only robs you of your peace and happiness. I pray that that stays with me for the rest of my days. Love him always and forever. Judy Baldwin
