My Dad was a fellow pilot with Howard in VP63 during WW11 and I have many wonderful memories of their recounting of aviation adventures. Howard was a dear friend and I will miss him. I take consolation that he is now with his departed loved ones and former flying buddies, and I will continue to keep alive the memory of their service to our country.
